    Practical and lightweight

    This was my third attempt to find a case that I liked for my 11th generation iPad. Previous ones (not from Pipetto which I’ve only just discovered) were either too flimsy and slippy to hold, or had an annoying flap that started to split after a few months and anyway caused the iPad to slide around when I put it in a slight slope or slide off the inbuilt stand as it wasn’t well designed. I saw one of the presenters on Countryfile using a black one in a similar design to this one and it looked so practical that I went in search and came up with this child’s version.

    + very lightweight but sturdy and easy to hold or prop up on your knee.

    + has a secure place on the back of the handle to store an Apple Pencil where the pencil ‘cap’ can’t fall off unlike cases which just have a slot to push the pencil through.

    + once in the case the iPad won’t be falling out

    - it’s tricky to put the iPad in the case and now that it’s in I won’t be rushing to take it out

    - when the iPad is standing upright (with the handle at the bottom) it doesn’t look very secure and I’m not confident that if nudged it wouldn’t topple forward.

    - there is access to Touch ID but because the casing is quite thick it takes a bit of practice to hit the spot and my attempts have expired several times.

    Overall it’s a practical option for protecting your iPad especially if you’re using it mostly round the house and it’s very comfortable to use. I’m happy that it looks and feels bulky and don’t mind that it’s…
