Lifetime Warranty - Definition
We offer a Lifetime Warranty for the duration of the use of your case. Lifetime does not mean a persons lifetime, but the lifetime of your device. For most people who regularly upgrade their iPhone this is every 12 to 24 months. For iPad users this is 24 months and at our discretion thereafter. Just as you would expect any other consumer goods, such as a pair of leather shoes or washing machine, things wear out over time.
However, if any product fails to function as intended as a result of component or construction defects we will gladly offer a repair or replacement.
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or damage by common carrier. Due to the nature of the natural materials used in our products, we are unable to offer replacement or repair for the natural wear of materials. We always strive to keep all our customers happy and do so in-line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Distance Selling regulations.
** Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a warranty on second hand items, items purchased on eBay or through other clearance retailers. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I know if my issue is covered?
The litmus test that we use to consider if an item is faulty is: “Has this product stood the test of time for long enough to show there was no manufacturing defects with the manufacturing of the product?”
Sale of Goods Act deems this time frame to be 6 months. However, we consider the product should last for the lifetime of your device. For most people, this is 12 months for an iPhone and 12-24 months for iPad. Over 12 months, the Lifetime Warranty is at our discretion.
Examples of things that are covered:
Included but not limited to: Stitching coming apart, de-lamination of materials, material breaking or degrading.
Examples of things that aren't covered are:
Included but not limited to: General wear and tear, breakage from a result of the case being dropped or mistreated, delimitation or damage to materials as a result of water damage or similar. Wear and tear of natural leather is not covered under warranty.
Please note that our Lifetime Warranty starts on the day of purchase, not the date that a product is registered. The Lifetime warranty will not be renewed upon repair or replacement of the product.
Should you buy a product online and you change your mind about it, providing you notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving it we’ll refund the purchase price of the item. Unfortunately shipping charges are non-refundable, unless a product is delayed for any reason or faulty on arrival.
None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
