Standard Delivery Time

Our products are all shipped from the UK and processed Monday to Friday, between 9am-5pm.

Orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day (or next working day, if on a weekend).
Orders placed after 3pm will be sent on the next working day.

Duties & Taxes:

Please note it is the buyer's responsibility to declare the items and cover all local duties and taxes. Duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the local Customs Authority in the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as:

• Country/location of origin of the purchased product
• Local VAT rates
• Local import taxes
• Local clearance and/or handling fees

We are only able to refund items that have been returned due to non-payment of duties & taxes once the goods have arrived back at our warehouse. (Please note, this time frame varies from carrier to carrier but can take up to 90 days.)

Tracking

All orders are tracked. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. For any further queries, or if you think your order may be lost, please contact us.

Refunds

We want every customer to be completely satisfied.
If there’s a problem with your purchase or you feel the item wasn’t correctly described, please email us and let us know what the problem was so we can try and resolve it. If you just prefer to return it for a refund, simply return your order using our returns portal within 14 days of receipt.

All unused returns must be received back within 30 days, in their original packaging and condition, for a refund.

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of the refund.
