Standard Delivery Time
UK, Channel Islands and N.I (allow 2-3 days for delivery)
R.O.I. (allow 3-5 days for delivery)
Europe (allow 3-7 days for delivery)
Rest of World (allow 7-10 days for delivery)
Our products are all shipped from the UK. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 9am-5pm. All orders placed before 3pm will be sent out the same day (or next working day, if on a weekend). Orders placed after 3pm will be sent on the next working day (excl. Bank Holidays.)
Cost of Delivery
The cost of delivery will be as stated on the website at the time of order and includes VAT.
We will try to combine orders where possible, to shipping costs as low as possible. Though, please note if a product is on back order, items will be shipped as soon as they are available. We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £50.00
All domestic orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service unless next day is requested.
Our products are all shipped from the UK. Orders will be sent priority airmail, unregistered. It is the buyers responsibility to declare the items, as with untracked items there is no duty charged at time of import.
These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:
• Country/location of origin of the purchased product
• Local VAT rates
• Local import taxes
Please note, due to the unreliability of local delivery services, we regret that we’re unable to ship to the following countries: Oman, Kuwait, India, Philippines, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. Alternatively you can find our products via Amazon which should ship to these countries.
Shipping confirmation and Tracking number (if domestic, Next Working Day Delivery) will be automatically emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. For any further queries, or if you think you order may have gotten lost, please contact us.
Any items on pre-order will be shipped as soon as we receive them. Pre-Order products will state an expected delivery date in the product description; however this may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will dispatch any pre-orders within 24 hours of receiving them, by our standard methods. If you change your mind before your order is sent, you are welcome to cancel your order either by logging into your account or by contacting us directly. Otherwise, our standard returns policy will apply.
We want every customer to be completely satisfied. If there’s a problem with your purchase or you feel the item wasn’t correctly described, please email us and we’ll happily either send a replacement or offer you a refund. All unused returns must be received back within 30 days, in its original packaging and condition, for a refund of the price of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund Shipping and handling charges as these are direct costs.
Please contact us for details should you wish to return an item, or simply return your order using the enclosed returns form dispatched with your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing of the refund.
